Our expectations of our applicants

Before you apply, you should find out about our company via our website. It is important that you have an affinity for IT in addition to your technical expertise. Direct customer contact should also not be a problem for you.

Our tips for a successful application

In your cover letter, we ask you to tell us exactly why you want to work at abass. What do you find particularly appealing about the advertised position? What strengths can you bring for us? Your CV in the form of a table should give us a good impression of your previous work. Especially as a professional, we ask you to briefly describe your activities and areas of responsibility in your professional career. Accuracy and care in your application documents – including (job) references – are of course essential.

A successful start at abass in just five steps!

If you have convinced us with your application documents, then go through our application selection procedure with immediate effect. Our selection process takes about 4-6 weeks from the time our job advertisement is activated.

Schritt-1

As soon as we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt on the same day on working days.

Schritt-2

Your documents will be reviewed by our HR department. If at first glance everything fits, we will call you for a short telephone interview to get to know you better.

Schritt-3

If you were able to convince us by telephone, we would be pleased to invite you to a personal meeting at our premises in Langen. During the job interview you should be yourself and express your interest in our IT topics. We would like you to appear authentic and we would like to get to know you better in a relaxed conversation.

Schritt-4

In the next step we will invite you to a trial working day. This will not only give us the opportunity to better understand you and the way you work, but will also give you the chance to get to know your future colleagues.

Schritt-5

After the trial working day, you will receive feedback from us within a few days. If everything fits from your side, we would like to welcome you to abass!

Please use our online application form for your application. Or send an e-mail with your documents (cover letter, CV, certificates) to karriere@abass.de. As an IT system vendor, we prefer digital application documents and would therefore ask you to refrain from postal applications.
