History of Our Company

2014

abass GmbH turns 20 years old. On 12th September 2014, abass GmbH celebrates its birthday with colleagues, business associates, mayor and other guests.

abass installs Helpdesk

2009

In order to react more quickly to customers’ inquiries and for better service, abass GmbH installs an internal Helpdesk in 2009.

abass takes on first trainee permanently

2004

In July/August 2004 abass GmbH takes on the first trainee permanently after he successfully passed the final exam. Generally speaking, it is always the aim of abass GmbH to recruit each of their apprentices as permanent staff.

abass trains first apprentice

2001

In 2001, for the first time, abass GmbH trains apprentices. Since then, abass GmbH has set themselves the task to regularly train young adults (normally two apprentices per training year.

abass establishes the “Service on Demand” segment

1997

abass GmbH establishes the Service on Demand – business segment, meaning no binding contracts but rather fast and reliable help in case of EDP-problems (after calling our Service Hotline).

abass starts servicing IT-infrastructures

1996

Just three years later, in March 1996, abass GmbH exhibits at the Cebit. At the end of the same year, abass GmbH develops another area in addition to software: “Servicing of IT-infrastructures”.
