- In collaboration with other team members you help our customers design their network infrastructure on premises
- Your responsibilities include analytical and practice-oriented IT solutions for support, maintenance, host system and storage unit configuration
- Successfully completed professional training as a systems engineer or a degree in computer science or similar qualification
- Ability to provide analytical, committed and communicative full customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Experience with virtualized system environments
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Good command of German and English
- Category B driving licence
